Robert Fritz Inc. and Global Partners have collaborated on a new video based training - Creating What Matters. Creating What Matters is a two-day course which teaches principles and tools that will lead to sustained, measurable growth for organizations and individuals. Principles and tools that create a clear path to accomplishing end results.

Principles such as the creative process - the learning process through which you are able to build momentum and gain strength, ability and experience over time. We give you the tools to precisely define your goals, accurately measure your current reality, and design precise action plans that lead you directly to the accomplishment of your goals.

You'll also learn about structural dynamics. About the structures in your life and organization that determine the final outcome of your actions. You'll learn how to form the most powerful structures - those that lead you to successful outcomes, and become the platform for your continued success and accelerated growth.

Creating What Matters is education taught, over a period of two days, by means of videos, short films, exercises, group interactions and strategic planning. It was designed, developed and taught by Robert Fritz who appears on video and utilizes short films to illustrate major concepts.
