At Global Partners, we believe that the strength of an organization lies within the development of its people. We work to identify and develop the type of education necessary to provide individuals with the tools and structure to become continuous learners.

At Global Partners we have co-developed an education, "Creating What Matters" with Robert Fritz. Robert Fritz is the founder of the field of Structural Consulting and is recognized as one of the most original thinkers today on the creative process in business. Twenty-five years of research has shown that an understanding of the creative process is essential to go beyond the first steps of corporate change and to sustain momentum. This education provides the foundation for becoming continuous learners and teaches how to create and sustain momentum within organizations.
