They had observed that organizational growth was often, eventually, followed by a reversal of that success. They also observed the sense of self-doubt and cynicism that resulted within individuals who experienced growth and then reversal. They began studying organizations that had sustained success and the structures and dynamics that were in play.

As a result of their studies, Global Partners was formed.
